Luke Solutions Pte. Ltd. hereby covenants to every Customer:
- Luke Solutions Pte. Ltd. operates strictly as an independent software technology provider.
- Customer client entity data is held strictly confidential and isolated within each customer's subscription tenant.
- Neither Luke Solutions Pte. Ltd. nor any affiliated entity or individual will access, mine, or utilize Customer client entity portfolios to solicit, market to, or compete for Customer clients.
4. Electronic Signatures & Document Execution
ECKHO provides built-in digital signature workflows aligned with the Singapore Electronic Transactions Act 2010 (ETA).
- The service generates evidentiary audit logs, email verification checks, and cryptographic hashes of executed documents.
- The Customer acknowledges that whether a particular document or resolution is legally effective when signed electronically depends on the company's constitution, the nature of the document (including First Schedule exclusions under the ETA 2010), and applicable statutory execution requirements (e.g. execution of deeds under Section 41B of the Companies Act 1967). ECKHO does not warrant the unconditional legal enforceability of any specific signed document.

- ECKHO shall process such personal data only on Customer instructions and for the purpose of providing the service;
- ECKHO shall implement reasonable technical and organizational security arrangements (including AES-256 storage encryption and TLS 1.3 transit encryption) to adhere to the Protection and Retention Limitation obligations under the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012;
- ECKHO shall promptly notify the Customer upon becoming aware of any confirmed personal data breach affecting Customer entity records.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
